Due to a leadership restructure and the retirement of our longstanding Assistant Principal, our kura is seeking two Deputy Principals to join our leadership team. These Deputy Principals will work closely with the Principal to enhance the well-being and learning of all.
We seek leaders who are dedicated to continuous improvement, prioritise learners and are committed to upholding high expectations in both teaching and relationships.
Our school vision is: ‘Empowering Tamariki to Become Rangatira Who Value the Past To Create The Future'. This vision reflects the significance of the whenua on which our kura sits and our commitment to nurturing the unique talents, culture, and heritage of all our tamariki.
Our Deputy Principals will be aspiring and experienced leaders, who embrace diversity, are highly relational, and thrive on building the capability of others.
Positions include leadership responsibilities for learning support, curriculum, pedagogy, assessment and reporting, Te Aō Maori, day-to-day school operations, the whanaungatanga of our learning community, and PB4L. Specific responsibilities will be negotiated within the leadership team, aligning with the skills of the successful applicants.
